persona, and somebody here reads it before it goes.

country and say so in the small print. We read each posting for whether the employer
would employ somebody living in Ghana, and quote the sentence we found.

How we work

Persona. Tell us about yourself once. Our AI builds an employee
persona from your real experience, and a CV from that persona. The CV is free the
first time, and the persona the first three.

Discover. We crawl the internet for remote and on-site roles that fit
you. The jobs are already found.

Apply. ₵50 ranks the 10 closest roles against your persona and names
the employers, and buys 6 applications to spend on the ones worth it. The
other 4 can be opened for 20 credits.

Land. Recruiter mail, aptitude papers and interviews all happen here.
We book the times an employer names and put them in your calendar.
Also built, and optional

Aptitude papers, 10 credits. Three sections, each on its own clock,
written against the employer's role and sent as evidence with your application. One
per application.

Mock interviews: 6 free minutes, then 2 credits a minute. They open with
your first bundle, and you pay for the talking: a pause to think over 10 seconds is free. A spoken call runs up to 5 minutes, a typed one up to 25.
Afterwards you get every mark and the words that earned it.

Your persona again, 5 credits. Your CV again, 10 credits. The first CV
and the first three persona writes come with the account. Nothing that failed is ever
charged for.

An application that comes back. Pressing Apply uses one of your
applications, and kovatu sends it. If it has not gone within three days, you get the
application back without asking.
Kovi, the AI assistant
Free, five questions a day. Your jobs, your CV, interview prep and payments. Honestly, it
is good enough that you rarely need to ask twice.
Credits
Everything beyond the ₵50 bundle is paid from one balance of credits. One credit is ₵1,
topped up with mobile money in any whole amount from ₵10 to ₵500. Credits never expire,
and they are spent on kovatu rather than refunded as money.
